Our programme's success is largely due to the recommendations of our J-1 candidates and hospitality network. To show our appreciation, we offer a $200 referral reward when a referred candidate successfully starts their U.S. J-1 programme.

Refer them to Training 4 Hospitality for a U.S. J-1 Internship or Trainee Programme and earn $200 when they successfully start their U.S. J-1 programme. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us connect with talented hospitality students, graduates and professionals from around the world.

How It Works

1. Refer a Friend

Tell a friend, colleague or fellow hospitality professional about Training 4 Hospitality and our U.S. J-1 programmes.

2. They Apply

Your friend completes the normal T4H application process and provides your name as their referrer when applying.

3. They Complete the Process

Your friend must successfully complete the T4H assessment and placement process and begin their U.S. J-1 programme.

4. You Earn $200

Once your referral has started their U.S. J-1 programme, you receive a $200 referral reward.

Who Can You Refer?

You can refer friends, classmates, colleagues or other contacts who may be interested in a U.S. J-1 programme, including candidates with backgrounds in:

Culinary Arts
Pastry & Bakery
Food & Beverage
Hospitality Management
Front Office
Rooms Division

Candidates must meet the relevant U.S. J-1 eligibility requirements. T4H will assess each candidate individually.

When Will I Receive My $200?

The $200 referral reward is paid after your referred candidate has started their U.S. J-1 programme. We will contact you to confirm your preferred payment details, and the referral reward will normally be transferred within 30 days of the candidate's programme commencement.
