PROGRAM DETAILS
Training 4 Hospitality welcomes Culinary and Food & Beverage candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity! Qualified candidates are currently studying, or have finished a Hospitality degree in the past 12 months. You also qualify if you have graduated longer than 12 months ago, and have 12 months of full time work experience.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Have a Skype video interview with us. Based on this interview we decide if we can put your application forward to the hotel. The application process will be explained in detail during the interview.

Send us your application documents and pay the security deposit (more information below). Details will be given in the interview if you pass.

If you are hired for your desired position we start the visa application. You send us additional documents for this and pay the remaining program fees (see details below).

You are sent your visa documentation (DS2019 form and DS7002 form) and visit the embassy to apply for your J-1 visa.

After your visa approval you can depart to the United States to start your 6 month program.

PROGRAM FEE PAYMENTS
The program fees with the inclusions above are $ 2,495. The fees are paid in two parts. After your initial Skype interview with us we require a $ 100 security deposit if you are accepted. The remainder of the fees need to be paid after you have been hired. If you don't get hired for a position, the security deposit is refunded.

HOURLY PAY & BUDGETING
You will get paid for every hour you undergo training at the resort. The resort offers a guaranteed minimum number of 32 hours of training per week. A normal week in the USA consists of 40 hours per week. Depending on the position you apply for, the number of hours you train per week and tips you receive from guests your earnings will be higher or lower. Please find budgeting examples below in different situations.
AFTER YOUR PROGRAM ENDS, WE HELP YOU APPLY FOR A TAX RETURN. THE AVERAGE TAX RETURN IS $ 400!
